If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll do our best to help!
Returns
For hygiene reasons, we’re only able to accept returns on unused, unopened towels in their original packaging.
Returned items must be in the same condition they were received.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
